Based on past engagements with various state authorities and regulators, we accommodate our clients with property development, re-development, diversion of land, issues relating to Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) and permissions from authorities such as TNCP, approvals and licenses, assignments, and conveyancing. The Firm advises on development regulations and ways to minimize the inherent risks that impact real estate transactions. The Firm regularly handle matters and represent our clients before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Madhya Pradesh at Bhopal and Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (REAT), Madhya Pradesh at Bhopal along with other matters relating to Revenue Courts such as the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer and Divisional Commissioner.
